- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings. Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at two months off.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone who logs into the platform — office staff, sales reps and technicians. Customers using the customer portal are free and unlimited.
- Are messaging and call costs included?
- Platform features are included in the plan price. Carrier fees for SMS and voice minutes are billed at cost through your connected telephony provider.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
